Founded in 2021, People & Humanity Consult (P&H Consult) was established with a clear mission: to ensure that development truly works for the people. We believe that sustainable impact must be internally driven and is achieved through justice-centered consultancy, cultural confidence, inclusive growth, and strong institutional systems; supported by long-term planning rather than reliance on external prescriptions or imported models.
Our journey began by addressing gaps in education, public health, and local governance, and has since evolved into a multi-sector consulting firm working across Sierra Leone and beyond.
